Growth workshop at Rungstedgaard with Thomas Ritter, CBS

Scaling up globally requires mastering many disciplines. Odense Robotics invites ambitious robot, automation and drone companies to a growth workshop on 18 August at Rungstedgaard. Here, you can take a 360 degree look at your company’s business model and get hands-on tools and methods to take home with you. The workshop will finish with a networking lunch.  

It’s an opportunity for you to get a taste of Odense Robotics’ Global Growth Robotics programme, which has already helped ambitious Danish robot, automation and drone companies accelerate their growth journey. The programme is currently looking for more ambitious companies from Denmark’s robotics industry to take part after the summer. If you secure a place on the programme, you will get the chance to deep dive into your company’s growth plan in a process facilitated by leading experts from industry and business.  

Thomas Ritter will help you map your company’s business model using his Alignment Squared Model and guide you through the eight growth pathways that your company can work with. You will gather your insights in your own growth workbook that you can take away with you, so you can continue to work on your company growth.  

Thomas Ritter is professor in marketing and business strategy at CBS, where he researches in business models, strategy and customer insights. He has just completed a project on servitisation and product+service+data integration and is currently leading an applied science project about using customer data to drive growth in Danish companies. He also teaches Board Leadership and Business Development at CBS.  

You’ll also hear Odense Robotics Business Development Manager Mads Graves explain how the Global Growth Robotics programme is already helping robot, automation and drone companies across Denmark to scale up successfully. Through workshops and masterclasses with industry experts and sessions with an individual coach, participants develop their company’s very own roadmap – and get hands-on help to make it a reality. The workshop is from 08:30 – 12:00 followed by lunch. The workshop does not require membership of Odense Robotics.
