HR Network meeting at Mobile Industrial Robots

How can you motivate employees from different cultures? And how can you set goals that motivate? That’s the topic of the next HR Network meeting, where you’ll also learn more about HR at MIR as well as network and get sparring.

The meeting will take place on Thursday 9 February 09:00-12:30 at Mobile Industrial Robots in Odense. Sign up by Friday 6 February.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about HR at MIR and about the meeting’s theme with insights from an external expert. As always, you will have the chance to network, share top-of-mind challenges and get sparring. We will finish with a sandwich.

Theme for the meeting: Motivating across different cultures and setting goals
Learning to motivate across different cultures and setting goals that motivate is key to success when improving working culture or rolling out company strategy. But how to go about it? And what aspects are important to bear in mind?

Kathy Borys Siddiqui, Founder of Active Action, will provide insights into motivating across cultures, and working and thriving together in diverse settings. Kathy will touch upon the following topics: What is intercultural awareness; How to work in intercultural settings; Similarities vs. differences; How to motivate across cultures.
