Across three key themes, experts and practitioners share insights, experiences, and perspectives from defence, industry, and airspace development.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for presentations and panel discussions that share valuable knowledge, practical experiences, lessons learned, research findings, case studies, and perspectives that create value for attendees.
Please note that the International Drone Show conference is not a commercial sales platform. We prioritise presentations that focus on knowledge sharing, real-world experiences, challenges, results, and lessons learned. Presentations should provide value to attendees rather than promote a company, product, or service.

Industry use cases & new technologies
We are looking for real-world examples of how drone technology creates value across industries and society. This may include inspection and maintenance of critical infrastructure, emergency response and preparedness, mapping, logistics, agriculture, energy, construction, environmental monitoring, healthcare, and other applications where drones improve efficiency, safety, resilience, or decision-making.
Presentations should focus on practical experiences, implementation, challenges, results, and lessons learned from operational deployments.
Defence & Security
The evolving security environment is driving rapid innovation and adoption of unmanned systems across defence and security operations.
We are looking for presentations that share operational experiences, lessons learned, technological developments, and strategic perspectives related to the use of drones and autonomous systems in defence and security contexts.
Topics may include military operations, capability development, procurement, interoperability, dual-use technologies, counter-drone solutions, tactical innovation, training, and collaboration between defence organisations, government authorities, and industry.
Airspace & Regulation
As drone operations continue to scale, enabling safe, efficient, and commercially viable operations remains a key challenge.
We are looking for presentations that address the frameworks, technologies, and collaboration needed to support the next generation of drone operations. Topics may include U-space implementation, BVLOS operations, airspace integration, certification, traffic management, safety frameworks, regulatory developments, and operational best practices.
Presentations should provide practical insights into how regulation, technology, and collaboration can support the continued growth of the drone industry.
