Demonstrate your drone at the International Drone Show 2026
Do you want to showcase your innovative solution for International Drone Show attendees?

We are looking for companies and researchers to perform demo flights at the International Drone Show on 3-4 June 2026 at HCA Airport, Odense. There is also an option to demonstrate uncrewed ground systems.
The International Drone Show aims to inspire participants and the wider community by showcasing the best, forefront technology, concepts, and solutions – in 2026 focusing on the event themes:
-
- Defence & Security
- Use Cases & New Technologies
- Integrated Airspace
- Unmanned on Land and Sea
About demonstrations
Demonstrations take place outdoors, in close vicinity to the conference pavilions (you are offered the use of a big screen, microphone, etc., allowing you to present sensor output alongside the demonstration). There will be cameras covering the demonstrations live as well.
If you have specific needs for your demonstration – for example inspection assets, vehicles etc. please mention this, and we will investigate the options.
A demonstration slot is 20 minutes unless other agreements are made with the organizers.
Note: There will be a mandatory dry run of the demonstration prior to the show where demonstrators must show the intended demonstration. The organizers reserve the right to cancel demonstrations after evaluating the dry run. We invite both companies and research institutions to propose demonstration activities.

To ensure a professional setup and a high-quality program where every slot is used to its full potential, a participation fee for demo flights applies:
DKK 8.400 ex VAT DKK 11,550 ex VAT
