The event is planned as a physical event at 8-kanten in Munkebjerg Business Park in Odense. 125 tickets are available for the event priced at:

500,- DKK excl. vat. for members of Odense Robotics
1000,- DKK excl. vat for non-members
5000,- DKK excl. vat for company exhibition spaces

Companies within the Danish robotic industry, as well as knowledge institutions, can exhibit and take part in the event – 10 exhibitor spaces available.

Each exhibitor 2×1,5 m. space includes 1 table, wifi and power

Basement parking info

Parking is available in the basement parking facility, which is easiely accessed when arriving from Niels Bohrs Alle. Parking is paid on an hourly basis to QPark.

Please be advised that all other parking spaces, on the ground level, require parking permits from QPark, and that using such spaces will most likely result in a parking ticket.
