Exhibitor update – booths are selling fast 

Interest in exhibiting at IDS 2026 continues to grow, and more companies have already secured their space. With 140 booths in total and 77 already booked, we are well over halfway sold out. 

Some of the latest organizations, who have signed up include: 

• MSP InnTech is a Polish company specializing in the development and manufacturing of drone and aerospace technology.  

• North Sea Electronics AS is a Norwegian company specializing in the development and manufacturing of high-temperature electronics for harsh environments. 

• Scandinavian Avionics A/S is a Danish company providing turnkey avionics solutions, including sales, installation, and maintenance, for aviation and defense. 

• RSI Europe is a Lithuanian company specializing in the development and manufacturing of remotely controlled defense systems, including drone-related solutions

Lounge sponsor 

If you choose our Lounge sponsorship, you will get an exclusive name-branding of one of the International Drone Shows most visited areas located in center of the main exhibition area. This opportunity includes onsite branding in the form of your logo on lounge build-up and a possibility to share your own materials in the lounge area as well as two conference tickets for the International Drone Show. 

Networking Dinner sponsor 

As a sponsor of the Networking Dinner, your company gains strong visibility during an exclusive offsite evening at Hallundbæk after Day 1, where exhibitors, partners, and key stakeholders come together in a relaxed setting focused on high-quality networking. IDS After Hours sponsor

With no registration required, it’s an accessible event with excellent exposure. 

Demo flight opportunity – showcase your solution in action 

Use the International Drone Show to showcase your solution via our demo flight programme. 

A demo flight allows your company to showcase our technology in action – not just on paper. It gives audiences the chance to experience a solution in a realistic operational environment, where performance, safety, and functionality are demonstrated live. Creating a stronger understanding than specifications alone. By conducting a demo flight at the International Drone Show, companies can: 

• Demonstrate their system’s capabilities  

• Highlight reliability, scalability, and technological maturity to a professional audience  

• Strengthen dialogue with authorities, industry, decision-makers, and research communities
