With less than four months to go until International Drone Show 2026, preparations are well underway for what will be one of Europe’s key meeting points for the drone industry.
At this point the International Drone Show 2026, Taking place in Odense, Denmark, on 3–4 June 2026, promises to be the biggest yet, as more than 75 % of our exhibition floor has already been sold.
The show will once again bring together industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, researchers, and end-users to explore the latest developments in drone technology and its real-world applications.

Shaping the Agenda – IDS 2026 Speaker Highlights
As we move closer to International Drone Show 2026, the conference agenda is evolving into an even stronger platform for strategic dialogue and industry insight.
This year, we are strengthening and expanding the speaker programme both in scope and breadth to reflect the rapid development of the drone ecosystem and the growing need for cross-sector collaboration.

European Drone Symposium 2nd June (EuroDroS 2026) – call for contributions
We are proud to introduce the first European Drone Symposium (EuroDroS 2026), hosted by the Syddansk Universitet – University of Southern Denmark (SDU) and taking place on 2 June 2026.
Held the day before International Drone Show opens, EuroDroS provides a dedicated platform for European drone researchers and academics to connect, exchange knowledge, and strengthen collaboration across the European drone ecosystem.
The symposium spotlights early-stage research in drone technology and applications, offering a forum for presenting emerging research, sharing insights, and fostering stronger links between academia and industry.
All accepted contributions will be published as extended abstracts in open-access proceedings, ensuring visibility beyond the event and supporting continued dialogue across research, innovation, and implementation.
