Terms and conditions

Registration and booth bookings are binding. Refunds are only possible if the event is cancelled or date rescheduled.
We reserve the right to reject participation in the event that the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Danish Government issues instructions or guidance that prevents us from welcoming participants from specific countries. In such cases, any participation or exhibitor fees already paid will be refunded
We reserve the right to reject exhibitors whose products, services, or activities are deemed outside the scope of the International Drone Show, including but not limited to cases where exhibitor is unrelated to drones or unmanned systems. In such cases, any exhibitor fees already paid will be refunded.
As the event takes place at an airport, all participants must provide their date of birth during registration for security purposes.
When arriving to the event, you are required to show valid photo ID to enter (e.g. passport or driver’s license)
The ticket price covers your access to IDS at HCA airport. Included in your ticket is also catering throughout the day.
By signing up to the event you give your permission to UAS Denmark Test Center and Odense Robotic to use pictures from the event in marketing activities.
