Robotics for Industrial Applications. What should be the Danish Strategy?
To remain sustainable and competitive, Danish manufacturing industries need new technologies within robotic automation. The purpose of the session is to present some of the most important of these technologies and to discuss if and when manufacturing companies should either passively rely on that their needed technological solutions will be provided or take a more active role in the development.
This session at Digital High Tech Summit is organised by SDU in collaboration with Odense Robotics
Session coordinator: Henrik Gordon Petersen, Professor, Head of Section, SDU Robotics, SDU
Facilitator: Laurids Hovgaard, Journalist, Ingeniøren
About The Digital High Tech Summit
Copenhagen Business School, Technical University of Denmark, University of Copenhagen, IT University of Copenhagen, University of Southern Denmark, Aarhus University, Roskilde University, Aalborg University, IT-Branchen and Teknologiens Mediehus are hosting the Digital Tech Summit.
Digital Tech Summit is part conference, part exhibition and part networking activities where CEOs of technology companies, researchers, students, fast-growing startups, policymakers to ask a simple question: Where to next? Is it time to rethink our goals in a new world? And how can digital technologies like artificial intelligence, robots, cyber security, Internet of things, 5G take us further, create new jobs and solve some of the major societal challenges we face such as climate change, healthcare & disease prevention, etc.
